Locals dress up to celebrate the Fasching Parade in Ramstein Village, Germany, on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006. The parade was initially named and reserved for the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. "Fastnacht" is the last celebration before the season of Lent.
