[edit] Talk page posts

Hi. In case you didn't know, new sections on talk pages go on the bottom of the page, not at the top. I moved the post at Azerbaijan (Iran) for you, but keep that in mind for future posts. Thanks. The Behnam 02:10, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

I see. You did it again on my page :). If you want to make it automatically add the new section to the bottom, just click the "+" tab to the right of the "edit this page" tab. That will setup a new section for you. The Behnam 02:17, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
Why are you continuously removing peoples posts on talk pages?!Azerbaijani 03:53, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Intro of Azerbaijan (Iran) page

I saw you are interested in the Azerbaijan (Iran) page. Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Azerbaijan_%28Iran%29#Intro_re-worked --AdilBaguirov 20:08, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Misinterpretation

You are blatantly lying. No where was Azerbaijan reffered to as the lands both north and south of the Araxes, especially in the BC's! Strabo clearly made the differentiation, as did every other scholar until the Islamic Medieval times, when Tabari included the entire Caucasus as part of Azerbaijan, and even then, he is only one person. All the others made clear distinctions. Also, your Iranica quote does not saying anything about what you're implying as well as the others. This is a purposeful misinterpretation of quotes, and it can have severe consequences.Azerbaijani 21:29, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you.Azerbaijani 21:43, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Revert yourself or you will be reported, your contributions show that you are still active.Azerbaijani 21:45, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User notice: temporary 3RR block

funny because when I reverted the article I added all the recent information that had been added by the user. My only concern was not having the article POV so I re-added the work that had been taken out. Here it is:

"...The contrarian viewpoint is based on numerous historic references that the name Azerbaijan has encompassed lands north and south of Araxes since the BC's[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]."

[edit] Regarding reversions[1] made on March 1, 2007 to Azerbaijan (Iran)

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.
The duration of the block is 24 hours.

Please mark your reverts as such

William M. Connolley 22:15, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
You just reverted again at the same article after your block expired. I you continue you will find yourself blocked again. Please use dispute resoution. Dmcdevit·t 18:43, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
The problem is not your content opinions, but your conduct. Administrators are not empowered to enforce particular points of view, but they are empowered to prevent unproductive behavior. I don't really care about your content dispute, frankly. When you are in a conflict with another editor, you must use polite discussion only, not excessive reverting, and you should seek help when that doesn't work. See WP:DR. [edit] Personal attack

- What I posted was simply a quote of what he had said. I have also been called a pan-turkist by this user. However I'm new at wikipedia and I wouldn't know how to report him as he has me.

[edit] UNPO

I just see your edits on Southern Azerbaijan National Awakening Movement, dear brother UNPO is just a small NGO with doubtful "financial resources", anyway about some month ago, suddenly they accepted "western Baluchistan" and what they call "southern Azerbaijan " as members. From then they just cut and paste the contents from the Gamoh website. it is not a reliable source. And did you know that Mahmudali Chehregani clearly said that "we want to separate from Iran, and federalism is just an excuse", clearly I love Azeri to be taught in Iranian Schools, but people who help those who are living in chicago are just traitors. [edit] Azerbaijani people

Hello. Regarding your edit here:[2] I think that 12 million figure comes from the population statistics of the IRI. Therefore, that is the lowest figure.Azerbaijani 22:38, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
