• 1998 - UniComs was established as a fully privately-owned wholesaler of birth control, nutritional and weight management products.
• In 2004 the company signs a contract with with American health for supplying nutritional supplements as well as with ABKIT for multivitamins. In the same year, the company introduces a pregnancy test called Surecheck.
• 2007 - UniComs launches Motif and Reduccino - a slimming chewing gum and a slimming coffee, respectively in Bulgaria and Romania.
