There seems little point in having two pages, one for the District and one for the City, when there is such little information on either of them. Skinsmoke 22:54, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

I strongly disagree. They are clearly two different entities, as different as The City of London and London. Having little information is an argument for getting more information, not for merging the articles. --OpenToppedBus - Talk to the driver 15:16, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
