Image:Edildejesus.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

[edit] Award of damages
This is the first in Philippine education and law HISTORY, that a law school is punished in torts and damages: The Supreme Court of the Philippines on May 8, 2008, reversed the judgment of the Philippine Court of Appeals and ordered Far Eastern University to pay over P 200,000 in damages to its law student Joseph Saludaga who was shot by the school's security guard in the school's premises in 1996. The high court also ordered reimbursement to FEU, by FEU's security agency, Galaxy Management Corporation, and its president, Mariano Imperial.Inquirer.net, SC orders FEU to pay P200,000 to student shot by guard --Florentino floro (talk) 12:42, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
