"Farther Away" is a song by Evanescence. It was a demo recorded for their debut album, Fallen (2003), but it did not make it onto the released record. A demo version was leaked onto the Internet, however, and a live version was used on the 2004 DVD Anywhere but Home. The song can also be found as a B-side on the "Bring Me to Life" single and on the rare Fallen promo, Mystary EP. The style of the live version is performed differently to the album track, beginning with a four-bar percussion-only intro. The repeated chorus at the end is omitted, and replaced by Amy Lee doing vocal ad-libs for the duration of what the chorus would normally elapse.
