Farrukh Amonatov (born April 13, 1978) is the first and only chess grandmaster (35th Olympiads, Bled 2002) in Tajikistan. He is also the winner of many international tournaments. Despite living and training in Moscow, Russia since (champion of Moscow 2003), Farrukh Amonatov still represents Tajikistan in international tournaments.
