Faroese puffin

Puffin is a speciality of the Faroe Islands particularly popular on the island of Mykines. There are millions of puffins in the Faroe Islands, and in autumn it is legal to catch them. They are apparently delicious national meal, and still part of the hunter's culture everywhere in the islands.
The Faroese word for puffin is lundi. A popular and much loved Faroese cartoon character is the bespectacled puffin known as Ludvik Lundi.
