Farmton is an unincorporated town in Volusia County, Florida off Osten-Maytown Road, 8 miles west of Interstate 95. The only way to get in the area is turning north on Gobblers Lodge Road. The area is named after the Farmton State Wildlife Management Area, which is where the town is. There are 13 homes in the area. All of the roads in the town are dirt road, except for Osten-Maytown Road.

Farmton is located at St. Johns River, 2.4 miles down south. To the east is Cow Creek, to the north is actually farmland, and to the west is Osten.
