Farm to Market Road 619 (FM 619) is a 24.212-mile roadway in Texas located in Williamson, Bastrop and Lee counties.

The northern terminus of FM 619 is at FM 1331 in Williamson County. Its southern terminus is at FM 696 in Bastrop County, just west of the Lee County line. The route is primarily a rural route and, other than passing just east of Taylor, does not go through any major cities or communities. FM 696 will lead to U.S. Highway 290 if taken south from FM 619.
