Farm to Market Road 4 or FM 4 is a Texas state road that runs from Jacksboro south and east to Grandview. The route was designated in 1942 between Santo and U.S. Highway 80, replacing Spur 40. The route was extended north to Jacksboro by 1949, replacing FM 130 and FM 7. By 1956, the route had been extended southeast to Granbury, replacing FM 1193 and FM 1194. The current route was completed in 1985 when it was extended to then U.S. Highway 81 (now SH 81) at Grandview.
