Farm to Market Road 2127 or FM 2127 is a two-lane, state-maintained highway that connects the farming areas of northeastern Jack, far southwestern Montague, and northwestern Wise counties. Only approximately 1/2 mile of the road enters Montague County at its far southwestern tip. It was designated in November 1968.

FM 2127 terminates at SH 148 near Postoak between Henrietta in Clay County and Jacksboro in Jack County and at FM 1810 near the small unincorporated town of Crafton near Lake Bridgeport in Wise County.
