Farm to Market Road 1327 (FM 1327) is a 7.3-mile state-maintained roadway located in southern Travis County, Texas.

FM 1327 begins at an intersection with Interstate 35 between Onion Creek and Buda in southern Travis County. It proceeds east, through the city of Creedmore, to its terminus at US 183 just north of Mustang Ridge.

The extension of the southern segment of SH 45 east of Interstate 35 is currently planned to start at the intersection of Interstate 35 and FM 1327, and then to run parallel to FM 1327 through Creedmore to US 183/SH 130. This segment of SH 45 is planned to be a toll road[2].
