Fardin Faryad was born in Kabul in 1981. He went to Pakistan and Russia before he finally made to Canada. He began to practice vocal and armonium at the age of 15. His first album release was in 2006, called (Shahr-e Roya). The City of Roya. He had many concerts for that album in 2007 and 2008. His video clips are released by [Mastana TV] http://www.mastana.tv - the afghan MTV in 2007 and 2008 for the Shahr-e Roya album. His forthcoming album is called (Barg-e Sabz). The Green Leaf. It will have 10 tracks, same ast the last album, in which at least two will be in Hazaragi.
