Follow this pattern for articles that you have translated. Remember to include the date that you finished the translating.

Another example:

I've designed replacements for {{FAOL}} and {{FAOLdone}}, currently at {{User:Anomie/FAOL}} and {{User:Anomie/FAOLdone}}. Both should be 100% backwards compatible with the old versions.
