[edit] "Pages I'm Trying to Help"

You should move these pages out of the article space and into your user space, i.e. to User:Fan196/InDepenDance Day rather than Fan196/InDepenDance Day.--Michael WhiteT·C 17:05, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Ok, I've moved them. What others did you want to move? --Michael WhiteT·C 17:09, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair Use Images

I had to take the image back out of Nicole Wray. Please read WP:IUP for details, but in short, we aren't allowed to use images that belong to other people to illustrate people. On top of that, when you uploaded the image, you filled out the form claiming that it was a screenshot of a website, which it isn't ... it's a copyrighted image downloaded from a website.Kww (talk) 17:57, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Nicole Wray photo.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Nicole Wray photo.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit] Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:Nicole Wray photo.JPG. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Nicole Wray.JPG. The copy called Image:Nicole Wray.JPG has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot (talk) 18:29, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Nicole Wray

Please stop adding inappropriate images to Wikipedia, as you did to Nicole Wray. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing. I warned you earlier about this precise image. Please read and understand WP:IUP before continuing to deal with images.Kww (talk) 19:19, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Continuing the InDepenDance Day Page

I'd say no because of the lack of reliable sources. All the article can ever be is a track list and the reference in your subpage only mentions the tape in one sentence. Perhaps your energy would be better spent improving Nicole Wray or her studio albums instead of trying to recreate a salted article. You might want to see WP:N and WP:MUSIC. Spellcast (talk) 19:21, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Also, please see the image-use policy and WP:NFCC. You can't upload copyrighted images of an active musician if it's possible to get a free one - see WP:NFCC #1. You've continually done this despite many warnings, so please consider this your absolute final warning regarding images. Spellcast (talk) 19:29, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Requesting unblock

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I am not a sockpuppet. I was told upload the image under a category. And i really getting tired of this annoyance. I didn't do nothing wrong here. I trying my best to edit the right information and both Spellcast (who i thought was a nice person) and Clouz679 (a stupid user who blames other people, because i am editting the right information about Nicole Wray and he wants to tire it down and delete everything) think I am the same person. Also you might want to know that I was invited to help edit stuff. I am tired of people being blamed for innocent stuff. I just wanted to help Nicole Wray by editing her page"

Decline reason: "If you wish to be unblocked, please request it using your original account, not this sockpuppet account. Make sure that request is truthful and free of personal attacks. — FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 19:50, 8 March 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

[edit] Image additions to Nicole Wray (in case someone unblocks you)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you add an inappropriate image to an article, as you did to Nicole Wray, you will be blocked from editing. Kww (talk) 19:55, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Request reason: "I can't do that because I am not Soccermeko."

Decline reason: "That's unconvincing. Your edits indicate otherwise. — Sandstein (talk) 20:45, 8 March 2008 (UTC)"

[edit] Requesting unblock

{{unblock-auto}}. I turned off that macro, Fan196, because it won't work, and will keep you from being unblocked. The unblock request I formatted for you above is the correct format. Sometimes, it takes a while. Be patient. If you can convince people that you aren't Soccermeko, you will be unblocked.Kww (talk) 20:39, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Spreading the word about Wikipedia

===Well, I really don't care anymore about who you think I am, I going to start telling people that Wikipedia is a false information site and there is nothing you can do to stop me. I've tried to be nice but you made have to be mean.=== Fan196 (talk) 22:04, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
