[edit] History
[edit] Bloody Roar: Extreme
Being only a guest character to the series, he has no story.
[edit] Bloody Roar: The Fang
Fang is the main protagonist within the manga, joining together with a young school girl, Mashiro, in dealing with other Zoanthropes (and other strange creatures) causing trouble in their area. Eventually he has to face off against a dark creature that was brought to life by the joining of four talismans. Fang, using special gloves, can break the beast transformation - he uses his power to defeat the evil entity.
[edit] Personality
He is very much like Yugo. He appears cocky and overzealous, though has very heroic qualities - a strong will and great determination to protect people around him. He appears somewhat dimwitted at times, but is usually on top of things when they get dangerous.
[edit] Gameplay
He plays very similar to Yugo, though has a few of his own moves.
[edit] Trivia
- Fang appears to be based on Yugo, from his attitude to his scar, albeit it being a different shape.
- His beast drive that utilizes a beast change breaking punch is based on the manga attack in which he can revert his foe back into human form with a punch while wearing special gloves.
- He is the only character in the Western version to keep his Japanese voice artist.
- In V Jump's release of the Bloody Roar Extreme Capture Book, there is a short, one-off manga drawn by Maruyama Tomowo, based around the game and includes Fang and Mashiro travelling to the Zoanthrope City - other characters included are Yugo, Cronos and Ganesha.
