Fan Changlong

Fan Changlong (Chinese: 范长龙; 1947 - ) is a lieutenant general in the People's Liberation Army of China, and the current commander of PLA's Jinan Military Region.

Fan was born in Dandong, Liaoning Province. He joined PLA and CPC in 1969.

He was made major general in 1995, and lieutenant general in 2002.

He is an alternate member of CPC 16th central committee, and a full member of 17th central committee.
