It's recommended that not all of these paramenters be used in all circumstances. They simply exist to cater to a range of varying cast characters of Family Guy.

[edit] Fields

  • format: short to suppress the red bars that say "Character information" and "Show information". Leave blank for default.
  • name: (Optional) This is not the name on top of the box (which is filled in automatically from the article title, or from altname), so entering name adds a 2nd name to the infobox. Leave this out to save space unless there is a different full name worth elaborating in the infobox.
  • altname: Use only for boxes whose characters are not the same as the pagename.
  • appearance: First episode, linked and include quotes. (Do not add quasi-decimal episode notation, e.g. "[1.01]".)
  • voice: This should be the main actor for this character, not everyone who has every briefly performed the role. Alternate voice actors (such as singing voice or pilot) should be detailed in the article body.
