If this image should be updated or revised, I suggest:
- Position the portraits so that all of the eyes either align vertically, or that they all vary.
- Resize them so that they are all at the same scale (approximate eyes-to-chin height), or all vary (currently, Andriy Shevchenko looks a bit large compared to the other three).
