Falcon Kirtaran's Numerical Representation for WikiStress

[edit] Introduction

This is my personal criteria that I use to determine the level for the stress meter. It is applicable to me personally, based on the situations I find most stressful. This criteria is designed such that certain situations in combinations are worth different stress, depending on which it is coinciding with.

Note that this is not a values classification, or of what work is more noble. It is a classification of stress. Therefore, it assumes that the user applying it to themselves is always doing right, even when they are not. The reason for that is the fact that being right or wrong in the eyes of others has no direct effect on stress (unless they argue with you).

[edit] Application

First, find the basic criteria the stress is under. For example, if the stress is caused by a VfD debate, use VfD. If it is being caused by an edit war, use Article Editing. Then, choose the description or combination of descriptions such that all the causes of stress are incorporated, but it is exclusive to those. Keep in mind that the list is nesting, and all descriptions are subordinate to those one level above them (but the numbers are not). Once this is done, repeat for all other situations, and add all of the numbers associated with the categories together. Then, add 1 to this for the stress metre reading, because the stress meter's 1 means no stress.

Always round down on decimals for the stress metre reading, unless the number is less than 0.10 points below the next 1. Notwithstanding, if the stress metre is at 1 but the stress rating is 0.2 or higher, round up.
