Fallowfield Campus

The Fallowfield Campus is the main residential campus of the University of Manchester, located 2 miles (3 km) south of the university in Fallowfield, Manchester.
The campus consists of the following halls of residence:
- Oak House - the largest complex, with nearly 1100 residents
- Owens Park - another large complex with just over 1000 residents, with the 200 ft (61 m) high landmark tower
- Ashburne Hall - complex to the north of Owens Park which includes Sheavyn House
- Richmond Park - new complex to the east of Owens Park, comprising of Poplar Court and Willow Court
- Woolton Hall - small complex to the south of Owens Park.
- Allen Hall - small complex with 120 residents, situated separately half a mile (0.8 km) north of Owens Park
- Ladybarn House - new complex in the centre of Fallowfield
- Linton House
- The Firs Villa
Also on this campus is Chancellors' - a year-round conference centre and hotel, owned by the university.
Nearby is the university's Armitage Centre sport centre and sports grounds,and the Firs Botanical Experimental Grounds.
The Campus played host to the Athletes Village for the 2002 Commonwealth Games held in the city.
