Falcon Aviation Services (FAS) is an airline based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It operates business jet and helicopter charter services, as well as search and rescue operations for the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces [1]. Its main base is Bateen Airport [2].

The airline was launched in December 2006. It will take delivery of a third AugustaWestland A109 Power helicopter in June 2007 and in 2008 the country's first commercially operated Gulfstream G450 business jet to operate on the Abu Dhabi to London and Singapore routes [1]. The FAS fleet represents an investment of over $69 million. The company will be under the guidance of chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan [2][3].

As of December 2006 the Falcon Aviation Services fleet includes [1] :
- 2 AgustaWestland A109 Power (for VIP transport and air taxi charters)
- 1 Eurocopter EC 135 (for aerial work and tourism)
- 1 Eurocopter EC 130 (for aerial work and tourism)
- 2 Bell 412 (for search and rescue)
- 2 AgustaWestland AW139 (for search and rescue)
The company plans to add a single Gulfstream G450 to its fleet in 2008.[4]
