Falck A/S is a Danish emergency service corporation founded in 1906 by Sophus Falck. Falck purchased the security service division ISS Securitas from ISS in 1993. This became the first of a series of mergers, which later included both Group 4 and Wackenhut.

The company has later mergered its activities in the security field with Securicor Plc. That new company is named Group4Securicor.

Falck A/S operates internationally and has activities in Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom
