Faith Academy of Bellville

Faith Academy of Bellville is an educational instution in Bellville, Texas. The school was created in 1993 and classes began in the fall of 1994, including Kindergarten through Fifth grade. Following 1994, a grade was added each year. In May 2003 the school had its first group of Twelfth gradeers. Since 2003, 20 students have graduated from Faith Academy of Bellville. Faith Academy believes that a quality education is the result of teachers that are Christian in practice and philosophy and a curriculum that integrates God's truth into all courses and adequately prepares the student for future educational endeavors.
It is Faith Academy's desire to have a curriculum that challenges the student, stimulates his or her curiosity, promotes creativity, teaches the discipline of study habits, develops critical thinking, and encourages individual responsibility. Faith Academy is fully accredited with the Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools.
Pre-School through 6th Grade students use ABeka curriculum and correlated materials along with Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Bob Jones Press supplements.
Students in 7th-12th Grades use Bob Jones Press, ABeka and other quality curriculum and correlated material to meet the learning needs of the students.
Faith Academy seeks to develop the whole child. The objectives for the physical development of its students are to promote health, fitness, coordination, and skillful use of the body; and to encourage good sportsmanship and a Christian testimony in all athletic endeavors.
Faith Academy offers physical education classes for all of its students. In addition, as student enrollment allows, Junior High and High School students are offered FOOTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, CHEERLEADING, CROSS-COUNTRY, BASKETBALL, TRACK, TENNIS, BASEBALL, and SOFTBALL.
Faith Academy is associated with the Texas Association of Private & Parochial Schools (TAPPS).
