Fair, then Partly Piggy

Fair, then Partly Piggy, known in Japan as Hare Tokidoki Buta (はれときどきぶた?), is a picture book written by Shiro Yadama. The book was translated into English by Keith Holman [1] [2].
The book is about a boy named Noriyasu who befriends a pig.
The anime series Tokyo Pig (originally given the same title as the book in Japan) is based odd of Fair, then Partly Piggy and the subsequent sequel picture books.
