[edit] February

If it's scheduled for Feb, 2007, they better start advertising it. It's already the 5th, and not a peep!

Today's the tenth.

perhaps redirect to the main book until something is heard about the film's production? --Lenin and McCarthy | (Complain here) 17:32, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Well, even if a film is made, the release year ("2007") will probably not be up to date. There are no citations to save, so there's nothing to merge into the book article. We can always re-create a film article with the appropriate release year when production does come underway. —Erik (talkcontribreview) - 17:37, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Variety magazine

Variety has some articles relating to this movie, but nothing relating specifically to production. http://www.variety.com/search/sitenews?q=Fahrenheit%20451&s=date --Eastmain 23:50, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

I don't think that is enough to ensure that the film will be made. The last article was from April 2006, and the project was only mentioned in passing. If you still feel that the article should be kept, I'll put it up for AfD. (See similar undertaking at Baby Geniuses 3.) I have no qualms about the article being re-created once there is a production start date set for this film. —Erik (talkcontribreview) - 23:54, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

The film has been deleted from IMDB

[edit] Citation for use

Information about development. —Erik (talkcontribreview) - 00:42, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merge and redirect

Per notability guidelines for films, the article about the film should not exist until it reaches production. The information has been copied to the book article for now. When production begins, the article can be recreated. —Erik (talkcontrib) - 19:48, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
