Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah

His Highness Sheikh Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (born 10 August 1945 - 1990) was the founder of the Kuwait Olympic Committee. His elder brother was the Emir of Kuwait.[1] Sheikh Fahad was married and was succeeded by his five sons and daughter:

He was killed during the Gulf War, whilst protecting the gates of the Amir's Palace.

Al-Sabah was educated in Kuwait for his primary and secondary schooling. Then he trained at and graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the UK.[1]
