The Fagligt Fælles Forbund (3F) is a trade union centre in Denmark. It was formed in 2004 from the merger of the National Union of Women Workers (Kvindeligt Arbejderforbund i Danmark, KAD) and the Danish General Workers' Union (Specialarbejderforbundet i Danmark, SID). KAD was founded in 1885, and was an all-women union.

The 3F is an affiliate of the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions.
