Though this image is subject to copyright, its use in the From a Compound Eye article is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
It is an image of the album's cover, in an article discussing the album. It thereby adds to the article in question.
The image is not replaceable by any freely licensed image.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the album or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers

solely to illustrate the audio recording in question,
