A facial is a personal care treatment which involves cleaning and moisturizing of the human face.

Facial may also mean:

• Facial stereochemistry, one of two geometries adopted by tridentate chelating ligands in chemistry. One of two stereochemistries for compounds of the formula MA₃XYZ which adopt octahedral molecular geometry.
• Facial (sex act) , a sex act where an individual ejaculates onto another person's face
• Facial nerve, the seventh of twelve paired cranial nerves
• A term used in some contact sports to refer to a foul play which involves one player hitting another in the face^{[citation needed]}
