Fabrizio Freda

Fabrizio Freda is an Italian business executive. He was named president and chief operating officer of Estée Lauder. He was previously president of Procter & Gamble's Global Snacks division. He is planned to succeed William P. Lauder as next CEO.

Freda joined P&G in 1982 and spent 10 years in the health and beauty division.
