Fabián Larry Estoyanoff Poggio (born 27 September 1982, in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan soccer player. He plays for C.A. Peñarol on loan from Valencia CF and the Uruguay national football team, as a right winger.

He started his career at Uruguayan side Centro Atlético Fénix in 2000, and was loaned to Peñarol in 2002. In 2004 he signed for Valencia CF but went straight on loan to Cádiz CF. In 2006-07 he served another year's loan, this time to Deportivo de La Coruña. The following season Valencia loaned him again, again in Spain, to Real Valladolid, where a lack of playing time prompted another loan, with Estoyanoff returning to Uruguay and Peñarol in January 2008.

Estoyanoff's grandfather, Dimitar Stoyanov, was a Bulgarian stock breeder from the Sofia Valley, who emigrated to Uruguay during the Balkan Wars (1912-1913).[1]

A full international, he played for Uruguay in the 2004 (scoring twice) and 2007 Copa America.

Estoyanoff also holds an Italian passport.
