F.C. AK is a South African football (soccer) club based in Roodepoort, Johannesburg that participates in the National First Division, Inland Stream. The club is owned by mining tycoon Azziz Kara who bought the franchise of Mabopane Young Masters in late 2005 and renamed it FC AK (Football Club Azziz Kara).
More than 20 players from the top-flight and abroad were acquired to help the team win promotion.

They missed out on the first piece of silverware of the 2006-07 season when they were beaten by Free State Stars in the final of the inaugural Baymed Cup. They also competed for promotion to the PSL in the 2007 Platinum play-offs but were eliminated by AmaZulu.

During the 06/07 season, the club experienced financial difficulties and a number of players, citing unpaid salaries and monies owed to them, went on strike and boycotted training sessions.
