Frank Owen Stoker (born on 29 May 1867 in Dublin, Ireland – 8 January 1939 in Dublin) was an Irish male tennis player.
Stoker was Irish tennis champion (doubles) in 1890, 1891 and 1893 - 1895. In 1890 and 1893 he and Joshua Pim won the doubles in Wimbledon.
