A port side view of a US Navy F-14D (Tomcat) from Fighter Squadron 31 (VF-31), parked at its new home Naval Air Station Oceana, VA. VF-31 moved from Naval Air Station Miramar, San Diego, CA, following decisions made under the base closure and realignment initiative.
