Fūma Shuriken (風魔手裏剣?) (also known as the "Shadow Windmill Shuriken" or the "Japanese Boomerang" or the "Windmill of Death") is a fictional weapon sometimes seen in Japanese media. Fūma literally translates to "Wind Demon". It is an enormous shuriken, which the user holds by the hole at the center of the weapon. It has four blades that can be sheathed as one, creating a sort of dagger.

This particular shuriken is seen in the Japanese anime and manga Naruto and the video game Ninja Gaiden (as the "windmill shuriken"). It also appears in Final Fantasy IV as an item for use with Edge's Throw ability, and in Final Fantasy VII as a weapon of Yuffie Kisaragi. Kaede Nagase in the manga series Negima is known for using a particularly large version. It is also a weapon usable by the Ninja class in Ragnarok Online, with the choice of a few different elements. The Hermit third job of Maple Story also has a skill that throws one, called Avenger. The Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game has a card based on the shuriken that, appropriately, can only be used with Ninja monsters. In some cases, as the one Nene, character of samurai warriors 2 yields, the four bladed shuriken can be halved, so it creates two daggers, useful for the well known two daggers kunoichi technique. In the game Ragnarok Online (by gravity) the Ninja class is able to wield a Fūma shuriken for slashing (single target) and can also use the "Throw Fūma Shuriken" skill as a small area of effect ranged attack. Some minor enemies in "Spider Man the video game" use this weapon.
