It seems I can't correct the following spelling mistake. Eg. comabat to combat

FELIN is the name for a infantry "comabat" system,

Please correct it!

[edit] Edited some links.

Hi, I removed a link to a french web site as it only contained really old pictures and information. I left the other site as it contains good info but I maked it as out-dated as of 2006.

[edit] Program name: "Félin"

On the French Ministry of Defense the program name is dubbed "Félin", not "FELIN". Shall we rename this page? Natmaka 08:27, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

--> Félin means "cat-like" in french, and it's prononciated like FELIN

Hi Nat! French Wikipédia changed the name for Félin so I’ll rename. I already added the meaning

Being an acronym, it should be "FELIN", not "Félin". breversa 08:30, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
I believe official names override typographic traditions

[edit] Removed picture

I removed the picture of so-called "FELIN users retaining mobility", as it doesn't display any FELIN equipmement but standard-issue one. breversa 07:25, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
