Fábio Henrique Simplício (born 23 September 1979 in São Paulo), better known as Fábio Simplício, is a Brazilian football (soccer) player. He plays as a central midfielder.

Fábio Simplício started his playing career in his home team, São Paulo FC, where he played from 2000 to 2004. He successively left the Brazilian team in order to join Parma of Italian Serie A in a free transfer, after having been discovered by Arrigo Sacchi, who was working as director of football for Parma at the time. He played for Parma two very impressive seasons as a regular, quickly becoming a key player for his team. In June 2006, he was signed by U.S. Città di Palermo for €5.5m.
