Ezogelin soup

Ezogelin soup or Ezo gelin soup (Turkish: Ezo gelin çorbası, "the soup of Ezo the bride") is a common soup in the Turkish cuisine. The main ingredients are bulgur and red lentils. The origin of the soup is attributed to Ezo the bride from Gaziantep.

The ingredients are virgin olive oil, butter, 1 large onion, garlic, 1 large tomato, tomato paste, paprika, red pepper, red lentils, rice, bulgur, dried mint, black pepper & salt, lemon wedges.
