Re: HaMelech
Eyal Golan is known as "HaMelech" because he is viewed as the successor of the previous Mizrahi "Melech", Zohar Argov. 130.49.135.32 18:04, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Avi
[edit] origins
i've heard him sing yemeni and moroccan folk songs; what are his ancestral roots? 128.208.35.52 01:38, 12 January 2007 (UTC)Mokha
Re: I'm positive he is Yemeni. His voice is remarkably similar to most Yemeni-Mizrahi singers such as Boaz Sharabi & Zohar Argov. If one listens to Golan's early music, It is difficult to tell if the singer is he or Argov.
