Extreme wheelbarrow

Extreme wheelbarrow, or 'wheelbarrow freestyle', (a term popularised by the website www.wheelbarrowfreestyle.com) is an Extreme sport. It is particularly popular in the UK, where you get a wheelbarrow and perform various tricks with it. For example: standing the wheelbarrow, (or 'barrow' as it is called during extreme wheelbarrow), on its nose, then standing on the legs is called a nose stall. There are many other possible 'extreme tricks' in common use today, one of the more common being grinding, otherwise known as grindleying. During this trick, any part of the barrow can be used to grind a hand rail or similar. The wheel axle is a particularly good spot.
