- What's there to compare? ELCs are mounting points for experiments, ESPs are storage for spare parts. Apart from the fact that both are installed on the outside of ISS, they don't really have anything in common. --Derlay 22:50, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
- afaik, ELCs are precisely going to be essentially used to store ISS parts which are too bulky to be carried by any other spacecraft than the Space Shuttle, and that's precisely why a number of them will be installed during the last missions of the Shuttle.Hektor 08:09, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
