ExpertDesk is a best-of-breed service management solution, based on the ITIL philosophy, and compliant with ITIL-related process models like ISM and IPW. It is designed to manage and control support processes and improve the quality and efficiency of services.

ExpertDesk Service Management was the first application to support ISM, an ITIL-based service management framework and has been officially PinkVerify certified since version 1.0 in 1996. In 2006, ExpertDesk achieved Pink Elephant’s PinkVerify Service Support Enhanced, the highest level of the PinkVerify certification available for toolsets. The compatibility of ExpertDesk Service Management in the five ITIL processes--Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Level Management--has been assessed and confirmed by a Pink Elephant executive consultant.
