Endonuclease has merged with Restriction endonuclease or Restriction enzyme, so I have removed endonuclease. Active contributor 05:11, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

I think it should be called DNA primer, not RNA primer. --Maximilianh 09:09, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
