Exerodonta perkinsi is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Guatemala. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
