Surely the appellant's surname "Endo" should be capitalized, and the article should reside at "Ex parte Endo"? - Nunh-huh 05:09, 13 Jun 2004 (UTC)

The holding needs to be fleshed out some more. The way it stands now is not true. The government detains plenty of loyal Americans who break the law.--Cdogsimmons (talk) 13:58, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
