Ewan Dowes is a rugby league footballer who plays for Hull FC. Dowes' usual position is prop.
He attended Sedbergh School.
Dowes signed for Hull FC in 2003 [1] and won the 2005 Challenge Cup and played in the2006 Grand Final. [2]
Dowes has played representative football for England.
He is formerly of the Leeds Rhinos and also had a contract with the rugby union side Leeds Tykes.
Ewan Dowes was sport's first owner of a dual rugby code contract. [3]
