Ewa Kłobukowska (born 1 October 1946 in Warsaw, Poland) is a former Polish sprinter.
She won the gold medal in women's 4x100 m relay and the bronze medal in women's 100 m sprint at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
In 1965 in Prague she set a world record in 100 m sprint with the time 11.1 s.
In 1966 at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest she won two gold medals in 100 m sprint and 4x100 m relay and the silver medal in 200 m sprint.
Kłobukowska was also the first Olympic athlete to fail a gender test; she failed an early form of the chromatin test in 1967 (due to her phenotype being XXY rather than XX) and was subsequently banned from competing in professional sports. She later married and gave birth to a son.
