Ewa Joanna Starosta (born 7 February 1955) is a Polish politician, current Vice-Chairperson of Bydgoszcz City Council and Councillor who represents the 2nd district.
On 12th November 2006 she was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. She got 1,609 votes in 2nd district, as candidate from the Law and Justice list. She took office on 27 November 2006 . She was elected to Council Vice-Chairperson Office. She is a member of the Budget and Finance Committee, the Spatial Planning Committee, the Culture and Science Committee and the Council Affairs Committee.
